Mini Split Heating and Cooling

These metro west homeowners have an in-law apartment in a finished basement that was damp and cold year-round. Meanwhile, the upstairs master bedroom wasn’t get enough heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. We installed three mini splits in their home – two downstairs for the parents, and one upstairs in the master bedroom. Now there is on-demand, completely quiet, hot or cool air any time…and everyone is finally happy!
