What’s Happening at Lavallee Systems?

 In Uncategorized

We are expanding. Over the last few months, Lavallee Systems has added several new technicians to our team.

We are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Markez Cotto as an HVAC apprentice with several years of experience in HVAC service. Brad Gilchrest and Jackson Barnes have also joined the HVAC team as HVAC Apprentices and are looking forward to becoming lead technicians.

Our electrical department welcomes Tristan Arduini and Jeremy Pratt to the team. Tristan joins the team as an electrical apprentice with several years of electrical experience.  Jeremy Pratt joined Lavallee Systems as a lead electrician. Prior to joining our team Jeremy owned and operated an electrical business for over 7 years. We are happy to add these new team members to the electrical team.

The plumbing team has also expanded as we welcome Max Morgan as a plumbing apprentice. Max worked with Lavallee Systems full time this summer and is continuing as a co-op from Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School this fall. Our new team members are excited to learn more about the companies and homeowners we work with so that they can provide the best service possible.

At Lavallee Systems, we are committed to developing the next generation of professional technicians in the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical industries. We have robust partnerships with local Career & Vocational Technical Education schools and currently have 8 apprentices on staff. Over the past 6 years, we have built a partnership with Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School. Several of our current apprentices along with one of our project managers have graduated from Bay Path. Every day, our lead technicians work in the field with our apprentices to help them develop the skills needed to become master craftsmen.

Back at our office, we have finished our state-of-the-art LS Training Room to supplement the work in the field. Here our apprentices can get extra hands-on training with cutting edge technology in our industry, as well as hone their basic technical skills.

Summer fun with the team

After last year, it was nice to get together in person. We were excited to have Anzio’s Pizza make personalized brick oven pizzas and enjoy some drinks and desserts. The weather was beautiful, and it was the perfect time for our team members to spend some time with our newest employees. Good communication between our team members is key to ensuring we provide our homeowners and remodelers with the best customer service possible. It was also an excellent opportunity to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and connect with each other. This event was a welcome addition to our summer.
