We’re Growing Great Technicians
At Lavallee Systems we are committed to developing the next generation of professional technicians in the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical industries. We have robust partnerships with local Career & Vocational Technical Education schools and currently have 6 apprentices on staff.
Every day our lead technicians work in the field with our apprentices to help them develop the skills needed to become master craftsmen. Back at our offices we are creating our state-of-the-art LS Training Room to supplement the work in the field. Here our apprentices can get extra hands-on training with cutting edge technology in our industry, as well as hone their basic technical skills.
